She is based on the 'babe' in Lefty's in LSL1 and LSL1VGA. Unlike the other two who are connected to the drunk (aka Robin), she is not connected to the drunk Chris in anyway.
She may be Lefty's girl in LSLR as her title in the game suggests. Or it could just mean she is a babe at "Lefty's" bar but not connected to any character there.
