Lipsterine is a brand of breath spray in the Reloaded universe. It works the same as in prior games. Upon using the can for the last time, the narrator will warn the player that the canister is feeling "a little light." If the player uses the breath spray again, Larry will discover that it is empty and will throw it away.

An actual can of Lipsterine breath spray is included in the Kickstarter package. It is cinnamon-flavored.

- The name "Lipsterine" is a reference to Listerine, a brand of mouthwash.
- Replay Games wanted to print "industrial-strength breath spray" on the canister, but the FDA wouldn't let them.
